Rick Scott vs. Mitch McConnell
He’s not being given a chance to defeat Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, but Sen. Rick Scott is challenging him anyways.

Donalds Rising
Florida Rep. Byron Donalds took a big step towards sitting a the big boy's table this week.
Even though lost his race to become the Republican Conference Chair in the House to Rep. Elise Stefanik by a vote count of 144-74, Donalds won big.
Donalds has garnered immense respect from many members of the House Republican Caucus and from Democrats.
Now, another Florida Republican could catapult himself into leadership before he even gets sworn in.
Congressman-elect Cory Mills is running to head the freshman steering committee. This is a big deal. Big deal. The vote is today. We will keep you posted.
