The FIFA World Cup: The Real Fútbol
It goes without saying that fútbol is the real football anywhere on earth, even though people like Sen. Marco Rubio (obsessed with the Miami Dolphins) will disagree.
The FIFA World Cup is over and Argentina and the G.O.A.T. Lionel Messi have won it all.
The final against returning champs, France, could not have been scripted any better.
While many Floridians were getting ready for their boring Sunday afternoon “football” matches, the world was treated to one of the best final games in recent World Cup history.
Outside of Rep. Kathy Castor (D), who is an avid fútbol fan and who congratulated Argentina after the game, Florida lawmakers were just not feeling the World Cup fever that grips the globe every for years.
