California vs. Florida (Newsom vs. DeSantis)

Gov. Gavin Newsom and Gov. Ron DeSantis have been giving Americans a taste of what could be an epic presidential showdown in the 2024 or 2028 presidential election with their recent and somewhat jovial digs at one another.

Newsom, whose hair has enough flammable gel in it to start an out-of-control forest fire, still thinks he can pressure the cowboy boot-wearing DeSantis into a nationally-televised debate, is out pushing anti-oil industry talking points in order to try to hide the fact that he has imposed significant and total BS state gas taxes on the citizens of his state.
