Florida hasn’t heard the last of Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried.

Fried, who graciously conceded to Rep. Charlie Crist after the 2022 primary election night results came in, has stepped into the role as head cheerleader for the Florida Democratic Party, rallying voters to come out and support Rep. Val Demings to defeat Senator Marco Rubio and to get behind Crist in his efforts to topple Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Fried garnered a lot of support from the Democratic faithful around the state, so expect to see her run for some elected office in the very near future. A run for Congress is the likely move for Fried.

In 2024, there will surely be a couple of Democratic-leaning or highly-competitive toss-up seats that could be a good fit for Fried. She bowed out gracefully.

Good luck Nikki Fried.

Crist is the quintessential retread politician, who while he is extremely likable, Charlie is a known quantity that everyone knows flip-flopped his entire career to win elected office.

Rep. Anna V. Eskamani -Marco Rubio wants to ban abortion. He’s always been extreme on this issue. In fact, when asked in 2010 by the National Pro-Life Alliance if Rubio would support 10 of their priorities, he replied "yes" to all of them.

State Rep. Angie Nixon-Here’s our FL Governor @GovRonDeSantis advocating for violence against Dr. Fauci. He sounds like Trump. The issue is we have Nazis running around our state pulling folks from cars. There was a riot that happened on Jan. 6th bc of the same type of rhetoric. He has to go!
