Election Day: 2022
It's finally here. Today could be the day that Floridians see the end of Charlie Crist’s political career.
Never say never, but a third straight losing statewide run for office will all but assure the curtain comes down on Florida’s greatest political campaigner.
The polls show that Gov. Ron DeSantis is virtually unstoppable and that the expected “Red Wave” is sure to wash up any hopes that Democrats may have to hold control of the U.S. Congress.

While Gov. DeSantis is paving the road to victory for Republicans in Florida, not all Republican candidates will win. There is only so much the strength of DeSantis’s name can do down the ballot.

Whether it has been at the border or the negation of cash bail, Republicans around the nation have been calling out Democrats for their intention to legislate loose-on-crime policies. Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) is one of those Republicans. He sent out a tweet regarding this notion on Saturday.

Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) is now asking the Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz why the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) attempted to pay $1 million to Steele.

When broken down by month, this translates to 18 months straight with more than 150,000 migrant encounters. It is no wonder, then, that Rep. Back in May, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed this initiative into law, with sales tax on diapers lifted beginning July 1. Additionally, this also covers baby clothes, lasting until June 2023. Despite this, the bill's most prominent cosponsor, Rep. Anna Eskamani (D-42) claims neither she nor Senator Book received credit for the bill in a recent tweet.

Rick Scott (R-FL) has doubled down and is calling for Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to resign once again over the border crisis.
