That is what Republicans are thinking about the 2022 midterm elections after House Democrats overwhelmingly voted in favor of the “Build Back Better” social spending bill.

They may be right to think this way.

Rep. Val Demings, who is challenging Sen. Marco Rubio for his senate seat also voted for the measure that raises taxes on Floridians and empowers the IRS to hire tens of thousands of agents “to spy on Floridians personal bank accounts, among other things.

This could have been that proverbial “Christmas came early” gift Republicans were anticipating, but considering that there is one year left until the midterm elections, Christmas giving to Republicans could be a year-long event. READ MORE
