Because Rep. Charlie Crist’s gubernatorial campaign is finally catching steam going into May, a growing number of Florida’s political class are now counting AG Commissioner Nikki Fried out of the Democratic primary race, some are even giving her a standing eight count.
But Fried isn’t throwing in the towel just yet, as the spunky former Pot lobbyist has just landed an uppercut to Crist’s grown (again) by bringing his evolving position on abortion.
Politifact just gave Crist a “False” ruling after he recently stated that he has “always” believed in a woman’s right to choose of killing a baby in the womb.

For months, Crist has been campaigning to defeat Gov. Ron DeSantis, but while DeSantis shows up for work every day, Crist does not.
Actually, Crist “phones it in” and has shuttered his Washington, D.C. office.
This office has been working remotely for months, and there has been little sign of Crist in the Capitol.
Charlie has been voting by proxy, and as we said, is just phoning in his votes.
