Nikki Fried is Running out of Attacks Against DeSantis; Crist Take Higher Road

JUICE—With less than 16 months before Florida Democrats head to the polls to elect a new governor, they will have first choose between former Governor and current Rep. Charlie Crist and AG Commissioner Nikki Fried in the Democratic primary election that will be held next August.

From the looks of it, Rep. Crist could have the upper hand over his opponent Commissioner Fried considering how broad his overall message is. Crist is still taking potshots at Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), but he is also addressing most of the issues that are affecting Floridians and even teaming up with Republicans in the House of Representatives to push through thoughtful and necessary bipartisan legislation.

Fried on the other hand is sticking to her 24/7 full-frontal assault against DeSantis, using every platform and opportunity available to her to dig at the sitting governor. Fried’s efforts to attack DeSantis are solely predicated on shoring up the Progressive base of the Democratic Party and trying to raise money.

Fried is a very formidable opponent, but her recent dodging of the press in Plantation, Florida, and her lack of substantive ideas and suggestions outside of the usual “Find yourself a governor who tells the truth about COVID— & everything else,” of “Florida needs a new governor” tweets, is getting old and Democrats could be looking to Crist for consistent leadership, even though he’s been at this game for as long as Fried's been out of diapers.

Could there be an opening here for State Senator Annette Taddeo to get in the race?

According to Fried, everything is DeSantis’ fault, including the spread of COVID-19. See Below

Progressive State Rep. Hardy Continues his “Hard” Stance on Republicans

Rep. Omari Hardy (D) is nothing less than a true blue Progressive ideologue (at least that is how he wants to be perceived) who is running for Congress to replace the late Rep. Alcee Hastings (D). Make no mistake, Hardy has a deep, militant-like disdain for Republicans and has even said he would not work with them if elected to the House of Representatives.

So much for bipartisanship.

If it wasn’t for the fact that he is bald and does not wear eyeglasses for facial hair, Hardy would very much sound like a newer, more progressive Malcolm X. Oh, did I mention he hates Republicans? READ MORE

Anti-Vaxxers are Getting the COVID Bug

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D) is right. Vaccinated Americans are still vulnerable to catching the virus, but less likely of falling gravely ill or even dying from it in comparison to those not vaccinated.

Meanwhile, anti-vaxxers and those who haven’t received the vaccine are the ones that appear to be dying from the virus. READ MORE

Marco Rubio @marcorubio-Biden sanctioning an already sanctioned regime official in #Cuba is the kind of symbolic but meaningless measure we will continue to see as long as @potus is being advised by people who were drinking mojitos in Havana in 2015 to celebrate the Obama policy

Rep. Ted Deutch @RepTedDeutch-The Cuban people are demanding fundamental freedoms from their gov't, like affordable food & medicine. In response, the regime attacked & arrested protestors. @POTUS Biden's actions will punish the Cuban officials responsible for these human rights abuses.

US Rep Kathy Castor @USRepKCastor-Yes, America! American innovation can unleash #CleanEnergy to reduce carbon pollution, reduce costs to consumers, create good-paying jobs and solve the climate crisis. We are running out of time, so urge your senators and representatives now to #ActOnClimate@LCVoters

Rep. Carlos G Smith @CarlosGSmith-As the pandemic takes another turn for the worse, FL health experts are struggling w/infrequent & incomplete data releases from the state. The state stopped reporting daily COVID infection & vaccination data on 6/3. Instead, it sends out weekly reports

Dan Daley @DanDaley-Guys. I know it sounds weird coming from a Florida boy, but Austin is HOT in summer…

Michael Grieco @Mike_Grieco-If you’re worried about living a full, healthy life without the government tracking you, get the vaccine, lose your cellphone.

Senator Jason Pizzo @senpizzo-Nobody’s pushing the vaccine to compromise your rights, or hamper your happy hour - there’s no microchip, shedding or quackery. No one in the ICU likes “I told you so”, while you’re waiting for a lung transplant. Many of us care about you, even if you hate us. Get vaccinated.

Rep. Anthony Sabatini @AnthonySabatini-Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are attempting to hunt down Trump supporters across the country using the Capitol Police force. Add your name to our petition to ban Nancy Pelosi from sending her Gestapo police force to Florida!
