Florida Media Outlets Get It Wrong

When former State Senator Frank Artiles was arrested for allegedly putting up a fake candidate in a 2020 state senate race down in Miami, both Republicans and Democrats were shocked to hear the news.

So, as Artiles mounted his defense, media outlets wanted to get all kinds of information about Artiles, including potential information that included his family, friends, and other non-case-related items.

Artiles then filed a motion to have those non-case-related bits of information kept out of the public eye. Media outlets like the Miami Herald, Sun-Sentinel, and other outlets, all reported that Artiles “lost” the motion, but he really didn’t. Talk about “Fake News.” READ MORE.
