Stretching to Truth

It is the political funny season, and candidates for elected office will do anything to win, including lie about just about everything. This appears to be the case for Conservative firebrand State Rep. Anthony Sabatini.

Sabatini, who is running for Congress in Florida’s 7th District, recently claimed that he was a “Father” and that he and Gov. Ron DeSantis worked together to pass Constitutional Carry.

This never happened.

Constitutional Carry was never addressed. It never made it to the House floor. Gov. DeSantis never signed it into law. READ MORE

Industrial Strength Endorsements

Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) has rolled out some endorsements this week, backing Senator Marco Rubio, Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Attorney General Ashley Moody, in their bids for reelection.

DeSantis's latest comments come after Governor Newsom ran an anti-DeSantis advertisement in Florida last week. In a message to supporters, DeSantis declared that Florida has answered the call to be the "freest" state in the country while trying to be the antithesis of California, a "woke tyranny."
