Banning Firearms in America

The unfortunate school shooting in Texas has once again galvanized Democratic legislators and anti-gun activists around the country to call for stricter gun laws, specifically the banning of rifles like the AR-15 and “high capacity” magazines.

Florida lawmakers like Reps. Ted Deutch and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, to name a couple, are pushing for aggressive gun legislation since the shooting that left 19 innocent children and teachers dead last week.

Now President Biden is suggesting that even 9mm handguns could be on the chopping block.

Believe it or not, these monkeys live in Gibraltar. And NO, they didn't follow us from Florida.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz-I am so proud of the commitment @POTUS made to restore the Everglades, and for working with me and #FLA advocates to prioritize and expedite a linchpin of our overall efforts: the Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) Reservoir.

Rep. Carlos A. GimenezThis #MemorialDay, let us come together to honor those who died serving our country. We must never forget that our liberty and freedom come at a price.

Take a moment today to pay your respects. Freedom is not free

Greg Steube-We live in the land of the free, because of the brave.

This Memorial Day, we honor those who fought in defense of our nation and did not return home. We also remember the families and friends of our nation’s heroes who are grieving today. May God continue to bless our Nation.

Rep. Ted Deutch-Americans deserve real solutions to help stop the gun violence epidemic. And we cannot just move on from The Uvalde tragedy. Congress must act to save lives.

Shevrin “Shev” Jones-I saw @JaredEMoskowitz work across the aisle to bring a change to the gun laws in Florida after Parkland. Today, we stood side by side again with Broward leaders to let it be known that it CAN happen!

I am proud of my brother, and I KNOW he will do it again in Congress.

Lauren Book-In 2019, guns killed more children and teens than cancer, pneumonia, influenza, asthma, HIV/AIDs, and opioids COMBINED.

Ron DeSantis-In Florida, we support parents’ right to choose their child’s educational path, and we will continue to ensure that our state's school choice options will be preserved.Thank you to the Florida Parent Educators Association for leading the nation in homeschool education
