Anna Goes to Washington...Maybe

The always perky and progressive Rep. Anna Eskamani says that she is not running the U.S. Congress in Orlando, but did she just hedge by saying that she didn’t know if she would or not?

If the current proposed congressional maps stick, Rep. Eskamani should run for Congress.

Why not?

Well, the new CD 7 would become a very blue district, that in my opinion, is perfect for arguably the most progressive Democrat in Central Florida.

Rep. Eskamani would become Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s “Mini-me” or “The Sunshine AOC,” and would surely join the House “Squad.” READ MORE

Abortion Anna

Eskamani supports all abortions, so there it is no surprise to anyone that she is at the forefront of the 15-week abortion ban bill argument. Eskamani told The Floridian that Republicans were being cute with their modified Texas-style Abortion bill. READ MORE

Debbie Wasserman Schultz-Anti-Semitic incidents are on the rise, from Colleyville to Surfside, so we must demand a true account of history & stop the spread of lies. On #InternationalHolocaustRememberanceDay we can reclaim a measure of justice for 6 million Jews murdered by a Nazi regime. #weremember

Rep. Val Demings-I’m leading the fight to invest in the ability of local police departments to solve murders and other violent crimes, and to serve and protect victims. Small cash-strapped departments need detectives and victims’ advocates. We should help hire them.

Rep. Carlos G Smith-Our HCA committee just passed an extreme 15 WEEK ABORTION BAN that takes away your FREEDOM. I voted NO on #HB5 for those who put themselves at risk every single day to ensure access to abortion.I voted NO for all of the people in MY LIFE WHO I LOVE who have gotten abortions.

Rep. Angie Nixon-We whooped some Republicans tails last night. I played one inning (made a few errors), then made way for our ringer which turned the entire game around. Let’s hope they still Rep.-Elect Campbell get sworn in next week.

Congressman Byron Donalds-This International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we pause to honor & remember the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust. We must stand together in the fight against anti-Semitism to ensure the horrors of the Holocaust are never to be repeated.

WE HAVE LIFT-OFF

What is the first thing you think of when you see this image Rep. Andrew Learned posted? For the love of Sweet Baby Jesus is this funny!
