This week, China’s Foreign Ministry Commissioner Xie Feng wrote an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal titled “China Wants to Help the World Fight Coronavirus," it got some lawmakers like Senator Marco Rubio (R) furious.

More importantly, DeSantis announced at the press conference that he would be allowing gyms to reopen soon. We are going to guess that this coming Monday, May 18 will be the day when Floridians can start pumping up again and get back to looking like idiots by flexing and putting on a stupid duck face in front of the mirror....

Since the COVID-19 virus began to spread throughout Florida in February, Democrats have been highly critical of Gov. Ron DeSantis’ overall response to the virus, but it appears that some of these very same Democrats are singing his praises during the crisis.

Jeanette Nunez, Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez, Broward County Mayor Dale Holness, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Esteban Bovo, and other local officials, to announce the Phase 1 re-opening of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties on Monday May 18th.

With the spread of the Coronavirus continuing to cause havoc on the U.S. economy, a group of  “rich guys” are downing the stock market and overall economy for mere personal profit, “betting big against” them as President Donald Trump recently tweeted and appearing to gleefully predict a collapse.”

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused much stress to Americans over the safety of family and friends, the financial stability of homes and the economy, and numerous other concerns that are quickly trying to be answered.

“We must ensure that all proper resources will be available and dispersed to the citizens of our nation in a timely manner.”

Until recently, we enjoyed one of the most prosperous times in our nation’s history. Under the leadership of President Trump and Republicans in Congress, unemployment was at a 50-year low, wages were on the rise, and sales on main street were booming[1] — and then the invisible enemy (COVID-19) hit our shores.

All of us have been forced to hide out at home like hermits to keep from contracting the COVID-19 bug, and those of us (most of us) who have had to venture out in public have been putting on the mask, scarf, bandana, and even the occasional baby diaper to protect ourselves.

As the nation begins to reopen, Americans have increasingly begun to risk contracting the COVID-19 virus by not complying with the slew of "unrealistic" restrictions federal, state, and local governments have placed on them in order to mitigate the spread of the deadly disease.

In this difficult time, they are thankful “to see our fellow Floridians contribute valuable donations of time, energy and resources."
