Gov. Ron DeSantis has just announced that he will be signing an Executive Order that would mandate all Floridians to stay at home during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Thousands of Floridians are expected to die in the coming months of the virus even as most are keeping their distance from each other, and locking themselves up at home.
The task force also divulged that as many as 1.5 to 2.2 million Americans could die if none of the current preventive measures were followed.
LaMarca detailed that “there are a multitude of other options that should be in our playbook, from nearby U.S. Naval Ports to seaports in much less populated communities.”
Not all news is good news, and in the case of the Coronavirus outlook in America, officials are saying that as many as 100k Americans could die this year as a result of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
“We need to have folks who are willing to come return to service.”
Congratulations to my friends Gov. Ron and Casey DeSantis after they welcomed little baby Mamie into this nutty world. Mommie announced on Twitter that little Mamie was born at 7lbs 4 oz.
The Coronavirus or COVID-19 is rapidly spreading across the U.S. and Florida appears to be the only state that is getting everything they have asked for from the federal government to combat the virus.
Broward County is ground zero (614 cases to date) for the outbreak in Florida, and while most Floridians have put themselves in a self-quarantine lockdown, local law enforcement and fire departments are still responding to calls.
Regardless of what his political opponents, "frenemies," or enemies say about this response to the Coronavirus outbreak in Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis' response to the pandemic has been stellar, including his controversial push to get those Americans leaving the New York-area for Florida to self-quarantine.
Even as Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) continues to be criticized by Democrats for not shutting down the entire state of Florida due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the REFORM Alliance, a national prison reform group, is praising the first-term governor for his actions to protect correctional staff and prisoners from contracting the deadly disease.
The U.S, Senate vote unanimously (finally) in favor of a $2 trillion Coronavirus stimulus bill that legislators hope will jumpstart the ailing economy.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) won’t shut down the state because not all of Florida’s 67 counties have cases of the virus, but Broward County does, and it appears as if the virus is flourishing in South Florida.
“Surgical abortions, as well as chemical abortions, are clearly elective procedures.”
Amid criticism from Democrats that he isn’t doing enough to protect Floridians from catching the Coronavirus, Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed more executive orders doing just that.
“This is not a virus that’s impacting every corner of the state.”
As of 12 AM Tuesday, the Coronavirus pandemic has affected some 1227 Floridians and left 17 dead. Broward and Miami-Dade Counties are considered to be ground zero for the outbreak
During a conference call with reporters and fellow Democratic Reps. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell and Donna Shalala, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz used the opportunity to take a pound of flesh out of President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
