Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis continues to dominate the media headlines this week. With his presidential announcement, how could he not. But aside from raising $8.2 million in donations in the first 24 hours of his candidacy, Gov. DeSantis is also using his gubernatorial bully pulpit to continue pressing media headline by coupling the announcement with official bill signings. DeSantis for President is in full swing.
This week, DeSantis has also signed some 30 bills and announced that he will be sending more assets to assist Texas in their efforts to combat the out-of-control border crisis. READ MORE
DeSantis also made a quick stop in Miami to meet with his “investors” and donors who were perched on the 6th floor of the Four Season’s hotel and dialing for campaign dollars.
The money is there, and will be there for DeSantis, the big issue for him is, will voters outside of Florida like him enough to choose him over former President Donald Trump.
