JUICE—President Joe Biden is said to be thinking about sending a signal into Cuba to give the oppressed Cuban people internet access, but nothing has transpired.
According to Senator Marco Rubio, he and former President Donald Trump had already had a plan in place to do just that, and if Trump were to have won a second term, the internet plan would already have been set in motion.
