The Courage to be Free

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was out promoting his new book, “The Courage to be Free” in South Florida this week.

Gov. DeSantis was with Ben Shapiro at a private Republican Jewish Coalition event in Hallandale Beach before jetting off to The Villages, where he was greeted by the hoards of golf cart-driving Republicans, many of whom like to drive with one hand on the steering wheel, and the other on a can of Budweiser.

DeSantis will be in Miami bright and early on Wednesday, then head to Naples before shooting back over to Palm Beach for another event.

Forget about CPAC, DeSantis will be in Texas. As we first reported, DeSantis will skip CPAC this year and attend two events in Texas, one in Dallas and the other in Houston.

Oh, Blaise.

State Senator Blaise Ingoglia (R) has just triggered Florida Democrats by filing a bill that would end the Florida Democratic Party.

As you can imagine, Democrats blew a gasket and railed against the measure, calling him and just about every Republican “tyrants” for pushing a “one-party” state.

This bill wouldn't have been introduced without DeSantis’s blessing, so expect it to be signed into law.

Also, expect a lawsuit to be filed. READ MORE
