In a statement, the member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, shared his support for the Cuban protestors, slamming his “Democrat colleagues” for “practically staying silent in condemning this humanitarian catastrophe and destabilizing threat at our very doorstep.”

He details the the frustration that the Cuban people are expressing while also voicing that the adminstrations response was “weak” and that it should “use diplomacy that they brag about.”
