Roger Stone Endorses Anthony Sabatini for Congress

Share

With a tight race in District 7, incumbent Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) is being challenged by rising star conservative, state Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-32) who has now added the infamous Roger Stone to his list of critical endorsements.

After changing his District to Murphy's, Sabatini has been able to gain the support of many big names such as Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) who just announced his endorsement for the congressional hopeful last week.

Now, Roger Stone has thrown an endorsement Sabatini's way, calling him a "tough, no-nonsense, common sense, American first Republican," adding "I know we can count on him to represent we, the people, in Washington."

Stone believes that Rep. Sabatini really "has the guts to take on the feckless, weak-kneed, white wine swelling RINOs, as well as the radical left."

Stone summarized his recent announcement, plainly saying that "Anthony Sabatini has my full enthusiastic endorsement for congress."

While Sabatini keeps gaining critical conservative endorsements, Murphy has and probably will continue to paint herself as a moderate choice, calling herself a "Blue Dog Democrat."

Murphy has proven her ability to work bipartisanly and has taken measures in the House to advocate for non-partisan issues such as hurricane relief funding for Florida however, Sabatini finds the Congresswoman to be too Liberal as she votes with the "Squad," members Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) over 90% of the time according to ProPublica.

With Sabatini continuing to get his pats on the back from notable GOP figures, could we expect to see more coming in, potentially from former President Donald Trump (R)?
