The bill seeks to bar federal officeholders and candidates who have charges of certain criminal offenses from being able to access classified information.

A bipartisan effort has introduced a Senate resolution expressing the United States’ solidarity with the San Isidro Movement in Cuba, which is comprised of independents artists and activists that have recently been targeted by the Cuban regime for protesting in support of their right to freedom of expression.

With the news that articles of impeachment had been written against the President, those supporting his removal from office rejoiced. Then, with the House set on voting on the articles, it only added fuel to the fire.
