HEROES Act

President Donald Trump has instructed his administration officials to “stop negotiating” with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her delegation on the latest COVID-19 “stimulus” measure because of their efforts to “bailout poorly run” blue states.

Congressional Democrats are rejoicing over the passage of the Heroes Act, the latest supplemental COVID-19 ‘stimulus bill’ that House Democrats like Rep. Lois Frankel have been trying to pass for well over 5 months.

With the latest COVID-19 stimulus bill (Heroes Act) having narrowly passed in the U.S. House of Representatives, House Democrats are now urging Republicans in the Senate to pass the legislation so that those Americans in need of financial help, get it.

House Democrats continue to be accused of pushing a defund police narrative that the radicalized Black Lives Matter movement has been promoting since the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers.

Since being introduced, the HEROES Act has received much criticism from Republican lawmakers, and the criticism continued during a Fox News interview where Florida Senator Rick Scott (R) discussed why he opposed the legislation.

Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D) hosted a tele-press conference on Monday and invited fellow Democratic Reps. Lois Frankel, Ted Deutch, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, to join in and speak about how important it was for the Republican-controlled U.S. Senate to take up and vote in support of the House HEROES Act.
