Scott Singer, the former Boca Raton Mayor and Republican contender for Florida’s 25th Congressional District (FL CD 25), has been endorsed by the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC).
“As a Jewish Republican and longtime member of Republican Jewish Coalition leadership, I am deeply honored to receive the organization’s endorsement,” Singer expressed. “For years, the RJC has brought together principled leaders who understand the importance of strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship, confronting antisemitism, defending religious liberty, and advancing conservative policies that make our communities and our country stronger.”
Singer's Contentious Battle Against Fellow Jewish-American Challenger
Singer is running against fellow Jewish-American and Incumbent Rep. Jared Moskowitz in the newly-redistricted seat.
The Boca Raton Republican's endorsement by the RJC and President Donald Trump can help him gain support among the Jewish demographic residing in FL CD 25 – a congressional district with an electorate that is roughly 25% Jewish.
“In Florida’s 25th Congressional District, we have our only chance this cycle to increase the number of Jewish Republicans serving in Congress. Scott Singer is a dedicated champion for the Jewish community and Republican principles. We are proud to count him as an RJC leader for more than a decade,” RJC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Matt Brooks stated.
The race for the seat, however, could remain an uphill battle, as support for Moskowitz appears solid among voters.
During the 2026 Florida Primary, Moskowitz won 63.5% of the nearly 44,000 Democratic votes cast against his sole Democratic challenger.
Singer secured 31.4 of the roughly 37,500 Republican votes. His victory was more contentious than Moskowitz's, given that Singer is not an incumbent and faced 4 other challengers.
“Jewish Republicans understand what is at stake in this election. We must win every seat we can, and protecting our Republican House majority is essential to standing with Israel, combating antisemitism, securing our country, and delivering results for American families,” Singer affirmed.
