James Uthmeier Investigating CDL School After Harjinder Singh Failed Exam 10 Times Before Deadly Florida Turnpike Crash

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier indicated his office will be reaching out to a private commercial driver's license (CDL) school in Washington after it was revealed that Harjinder Singh, the Indian national accused of making an illegal U-turn while driving a semi-truck on Florida's Turnpike back in August, failed his CDL test 10 times over two months from March, 10, 2023 to May 5, 2023.
