Leap-frogging from the Florida Swamp to the D.C. Swamp

Florida’s newly sworn-in freshman members of Congress—Reps. Jared Moskowitz, Maxwell Frost, Cory Mills, Anna Paulina Luna, Aaron Bean, and Laurel Lee—have all kicked into gear their respective legislative offices.

In visiting all of their Washington, D.C. offices, the congressional youngsters are in desperate need of an interior designer.

The walls are bare, boxes are still stacked up, and furniture is still being moved around, as the members wait for their personal effects to be shipped up from their congressional districts.

Shortly after Tuesday’s floor vote, Rep. Maxwell Frost spoke to us about comments he recently made about former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro’s recent trip to Florida.

Rep. Frost equated the current rioting in Brazil to the January 6 Capitol Riot that took place two years ago.

Frost also took a shot at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
