This week, the House passed the bipartisan Banning Operations and Leases with the Illegitimate Venezuelan Authoritarian Regime (BOLIVAR) Act.

The discussion, featuring scholars on the subject, explored the implementation of sanctions against Venezuela and the unintended consequences that might result.
