Florida GOP Chairman Evan Power is accusing Broward County Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott of adding more than 100K ineligible voters back to the county voter rolls in what Power is calling a clear indication of voter fraud.

According to the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, there are currently 609,503 registered Democrats to 310,267 Republicans, along with 432,616 unaffiliated and 34,809 other registrations.

Chris Eddy, a Republican who previously ran in Broward's Congressional District 25, explained to Power that the county was going through "website improvements" and the numbers would be adjusted shortly.

"They told me they were working on website improvements, and the numbers weren’t updated for a week until they re-populated with out-of-control numbers," Eddy said.  "Then they told me they were including the inactive voters on this list, but not the monthly list, which is included in their other data sets. They said they will rectify this in the future, but we will see."

According to an explanation update from Broward County, active and inactive voters are included in the rolls and are eligible to vote. They go on to explain that ineligible voters are not included in official voter rolls.

But Power still isn't buying it.

"The fact that Democrats have to lie about voter registration in Broward tells you everything. Their "blue stronghold" is now a sandcastle at high tide," Power later expressed.
