According to Emerson Polling, former President Donald Trump (R), has a +20 favorability rating among the general population (59 approve, 39 disapprove). With this polling data, could this encourage President Trump to give it another go?

Yes. President Trump has emailed these poll results.

With many Republicans in Congress disapproving of President Biden’s (D) handling of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, inflation, and the spike in gas prices, it appears that voters are using hindsight in their perspective of the 45th President.

President Biden, on the other hand, comes in at a -6 disapproval rate (43 approve, 49 disapprove).

Unsurprisingly, 39% of voters blame the Biden administration for the rise in gas prices, 21% of voters blame the sanctions placed on Russia, and 18% blame gas and oil companies themselves.

The latter is the view held by some Florida Democrats in the House such as Val Demings and Darren Soto, who have blamed American oil companies for the rise in gas prices for Americans.
