Mar-A-Lago— During a press conference held in Palm Beach, Florida, to detail the overnight "Operation Midnight Hammer" military action where Venezuelan Dictator Nicolas Maduro and his wife were apprehended, President Donald Trump may have signaled that the Communist regime in Cuba is living on borrowed time, stating," Cuba is going to be something we'll end up talking about."

"Cuba is not doing very well right now. That system is not been a very good one for Cuba, the people there have suffered for many many years and I think Cuba is going to be something we'll end up talking about because Cuba is a failing nation right now, very badly failing nation and we want to help the people get very similar in the sense that we want to help the people in Cuba but we want to also helped the people that were forced out of Cuba and living in this country," said President Trump.

President Trump turned to Secretary of State Marco Rubio to offer more remarks about the potential message sent to the Cuban regime. Secretary Rubio outlined that Venezuela's spy agency was anchored by Cuban agents, adding that Cuba government officials, including President Miguel Díaz-Canel, should be very "concerned" about Maduro's arrest.

Secretary Rubio took the moment to reiterate that Cuba was run by "senile men" and that the island's economy was in "total collapse."

"One of the biggest problems Venezuelans have is that they have to declare independence from Cuba that tried to basically colonize it from a security standpoint," said Secretary Rubio. "Yeah, look, if I lived in Havana and I was in the government, I'd be concerned at least."

Maduro's arrest was greeted with bipartisan congressional support as Democrats like Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Republican Carlos Gimenez both expressed their support of the Venezuelan dictator's demise.

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) stated, "the capture of the brutal, illegitimate rule of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, who oppressed Venezuela's people, is welcome news for my friends and neighbors who fled his violent, lawless, and disastrous rule.
