The Republican Party of Florida shared a pair of polls conducted by the University of North Florida showing Senator Ashley Moody (R) with an 11-point advantage (49%-38%) over Democratic candidate Jennifer Jenkins for a full term in the Senate, and Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier (R) with a 9-point edge (45%-36%) over Democratic candidate Jose Javier Rodriguez in his bid for another term as attorney general.

"The choice is clear @SenAshleyMoody has delivered only the best for Floridians since she took office," the Florida GOP wrote. "Voters continue to reject leftist Democrats like @Jenkins4Florida who will be nothing more than a rubber stamp for @SenSchumer."

Sen. Moody, appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to the U.S. Senate in January, has already been endorsed by President Donald Trump for a return to D.C. She also has been one of the busiest freshman Senators in her short time in office.
Her opponent, Jennifer Jenkins, announced her candidacy through a social media video back in September. Jenkins is a former Brevard County School Board member who notably took down Tina Descovich, a DeSantis ally and founder of Moms for Liberty, in a 2020 board seat election.
The U.S. Senate special election is set for Nov. 3, 2026.
Attorney General Uthmeier, who Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed to the post in February, has also been endorsed by Trump in his election bid. Since assuming office, Uthmeier has been active in arresting child predators and cracking down on human trafficking, including a large bust last month.

"Floridians know that @AGJamesUthmeier is tough on crime, protects our constitutional rights & justly roots out illegal immigration," the Florida GOP wrote. "It’s no surprise citizens of the Free State of Florida overwhelmingly reject the failed liberal policies of  @JoseJavierJJR."

His opponent, Jose Javier Rodriguez, is a former Florida State Senator and assistant secretary for employment and training under the Biden administration.
The Florida Attorney General election is on Nov. 3, 2026.

Notably, both polls show 19% of Floridians are currently undecided in each race. However, given the state's GOP lean and Trump's approval, both Moody and Uthmeier should be feeling good about the polling in their respective bids.
