Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL) expressed confidence that President-elect Donald Trump's incoming Cabinet will be confirmed quickly in a recent appearance on Fox News's Faulkner Focus, saying, "We recognize the urgent situation that we now have been left with because of four years of America Last and of weakness."

Additionally, Rep. Cammack joked that "it may be cold outside, but it is hot inside, and on Capitol Hill, there is a buzz, and there is an energy, and everyone who I have talked to feels very confident that Donald Trump's Cabinet members will be confirmed quickly."

She expected the dismissal of the controversies surrounding Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence nominee Tusli Gabbard, and Department of Health and Human Services Director nominee Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., because "We recognize, collectively as Americans, the dangerous and precarious situation that we have been left in. The world is on fire; we need strong leadership, and we cannot delay."

Rep. Cammack further suggested that the second Trump Administration will be governed far better than the first because Trump and the new Cabinet are "really on the ball. They are aggressive, and they are getting in front of it. Now there will be no time to waste, and Senators are ready to get to work in the Republican Senate."

However, on New Year's Eve, Trump warned Senate Republicans on Truth Social that Senate Democrats would find means to stall and deny the confirmation of his Cabinet picks, saying, "We just won a Historic Landslide and Mandate from the American People, but Senate Democrats are organizing to improperly stall and delay the confirmation process of many of our Great Nominees. They will try all sorts of tricks starting very soon. Republicans must not allow them to do that. We have a Country to run and many big problems to solve, mostly created by Democrats. REPUBLICANS, BE SMART AND TOUGH!!!"
