DeSantis, LGBTQ Opponents Score a Draw in Parental Rights Lawsuit

Both sides in the contentious lawsuit are claiming a win, but in reality, it looks like a clear draw.

Both parties dropped the claims in the lawsuit and agreed.

The DeSantis administration has to make is simply clarify that the law prohibits "classroom instruction" of all gender identification and or sexual orientation, including homosexual and transgenderism.e

"Further, the agreement states that the law does not prohibit “instruction or intervention against bullying” based on sexual orientation or gender identity, or the removal of safe space stickers, which some districts have done," according to POLITICO.

Again, both sides have agreed to drop their cases, but in reality, the law's very existence marks a resounding win for Gov. Ron DeSantis, regardless of the terms of the agreement reached.

Cory Mills-I am proud to report that my team and I were successful in evacuating and rescuing a trapped, and at risk group of Americans from ‘Have Faith Orphanage’ in Haiti last night.

This recent mission reiterates a disturbing reality that under President Biden’s leadership American lives are continually jeopardized. I have conducted rescue/ evacs of Americans multiple times when Joe Biden has deserted them. There’s a clear pattern of abandonment!

Afghanistan 2021

Israel 2023

Haiti 2024

Americans at home and abroad are more unsafe under Biden than ever before. We need President Trump back in the White House as the world can’t afford 4 more years of Biden’s failed administration.
