Match Made in Hate

Anyone that tries to convince you that ANTIFA and the Black Lives Matter movement are not one and the same is trying to pull a fast one over you.

This past weekend in Miami, a weapons cache of pipes, bricks, and wood stick were found stashed behind a structure where ANTIFA was to hold another one of their pointless protests. The cache was found by a group of activists flag waiving shortly before the ANTIFA protest was set to begin. Upon our reporting of the incident, ANTIFA in South Florida became unhinged. READ MORE

2021 Legislative Session Backlash

Florida’s legislative session is over, but not the controversy behind several bills, in particular, the Transgender athletes ban bill that Gov. Ron DeSantis is going to sign into law.

It doesn’t look good for opposers of the bill when the biggest, most prominent Transgender athlete comes out in support of not allowing “biological males” to compete in women’s sports. Sorry, Rep. Carlos Guillermo Smith, but Caitlyn Jenner’s words squash the argument for “biological males” playing in girl’s sports. READ MORE

Congressman Thurston?

There is never a coincidence in politics, so billboards popping up promoting Sen. Perry Thurston just as he announces a congressional run seem a little weird, at least that is what some pundits think. READ MORE

Ron DeSantis @GovRonDeSantis-Last week, I joined the @SFWMD & @FLDEPNews to send the final partnership agreement to the @USACEHQ necessary for the EAA Reservoir. I’m pleased to share that @USACEHQ executed the agreement today and is now ready to start the federal share of construction —At my direction, @SFWMD@FLDEPNews worked together to expedite construction on FL’s portion of the project 12 months ahead of schedule. The EAA Reservoir remains a top priority to reduce estuary discharges from Lake O and send more clean water to the Everglades.

Commissioner Nikki Fried @NikkiFriedFL-For a year, we waited for unemployment to be fixed, for farmers, families, and workers to get #COVID19 help, and for compassion on social justice issues. It’s now clear: @GovRonDeSantis and his allies don’t care about you, your lost jobs, homes, loved ones, or future.

Jimmy Patronis @JimmyPatronis-I was proud to work alongside lawmakers this session to fight for Floridians and build a better, stronger Florida. Thank you to the bill sponsors & legislators that supported our top priorities and went to bat for our state.

AG Ashley Moody @AGAshleyMoody-My heartfelt prayers to the family of former Florida Supreme Court Justice Joseph W.  Hatchett. Justice Hatchett’s groundbreaking appointment to the Supreme Court still serves as an inspiration to so many throughout our state. May you Rest in Peace.

Rick Scott-@SenRickScott-American taxpayers shouldn't be on the hook for World Bank loans to oppressive nations, like Communist China. Proud to join @ChuckGrassley, @marcorubio. & colleagues to reintroduce the World Bank Integrity Preservation Act to protect taxpayers & hold Communist China accountable.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz @DWStweets-Trump lies about his 2020 loss, so Republicans make it harder for Floridians to vote, keeping the ugly legacy of voter suppression alive to appease a petulant loser.
