Over the weekend, a group of controversial streamers filmed themselves partying in Miami Beach. While partying at the nightclub Vendôme, the nightclub played Kanye West’s “Heil Hitler,” which has drawn condemnation from Miami Beach officials.
Clavicular, Nick Fuentes, Myron Gaines, Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate, Sneako, and Justin Waller – who all regularly stream and share controversial and combative political and cultural views – streamed themselves singing along to the song, chanting Nazi slogans, and performing Nazi hand gestures while Jonathan Mansour, the nightclub’s owner and co-founder, was filmed beside them.
In response to the stream and the nightclub playing the song, Miami Beach officials issued statements condemning the club.
Miami Beach City Commissioner David Suarez released a statement on social media, commenting, “A nightclub is a private business. Nightclub’s deny entry every night for far less. Allowing these hate-peddling individuals to use the venue as a backdrop for neo-Nazi cosplay and provocation was a staggering failure of judgement and a self-inflicted embarrassment, especially given Vendôme’s already troubled history.”
“Miami Beach is a diverse, inclusive community and home to a strong Jewish population,” Commissioner Suarez added. “Antisemitism, hate, and stunt politics are not edgy, not clever, and not tolerated here.”
Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner denounced the incident, saying he was “deeply disturbed and disgusted by these videos of twisted individuals glorifying Hitler and the murder of millions.”
“Miami Beach is a welcoming inclusive city built by people of all backgrounds and faith,” Mayor Meiner reiterated, adding, “But these ‘influencers’ who spread hate should never have been welcomed into this club or allowed to play a song with ‘Heil Hitler’ lyrics that has been universally condemned.”
After facing backlash, the nightclub apologized for the incident, calling it “deeply offensive and unacceptable.”
“We want to be unequivocally clear: Vendôme and our hospitality group do not condone antisemitism, hate speech, or prejudice of any kind,” the nightclub shared. “These values are fundamentally opposed to who we are and the environments we strive to create.”
The streamers have faced constant scrutiny over their political and cultural commentary, attracting condemnation for their “far-right” views.
Clavicular, however, raised eyebrows during an interview with conservative commentator Michael Knowles, in which he seemingly endorsed California Governor Gavin Newsom over Vice President J.D. Vance while discussing a hypothetical 2028 presidential election between the two.
Calling the vice president “subhuman,” Clavicular endorsed the California governor, saying Vice President Vance would lose because “he’s got a very short total facial width-to-height ratio. He’s obese. He’s very recessed side profile, whereas Newsom is like 6’ 3” Chad.”
