The White House is promoting the latest Harris CAPS/Harris Poll, which shows that the majority of Americans surveyed want Democrats to end their government shutdown. The poll of 2,413 registered voters was conducted Oct 1-2, 2025. READ MORE.
Governor Ron DeSantis: "FL and TX getting short changed one seat each could have swung the presidential election. The three closest states were WI, MI and PA. Had the apportionment been done properly, Trump would have still won the election even if he lost all of these rust belt states. However, under the current (inaccurate) apportionment, had Harris won those three, she would have received exactly 270 electoral votes -- and won the election. A 270-268 Harris 'win' due to a flawed census would have been a major constitutional crisis."
