Baby Peanut is born! Rep. Kat Cammack and her husband Matt have welcomed little baby Augusta Dair into the world. Finally. Thank the dear Lord Baby Jesus we didn't have to hear that Kat delivered on the "Crazy Train" ride down from Washington, D.C.
In a statement, Rep. Cammack let everyone know how the family was doing, including offering praise for the team of healthcare professionals that helped them get through "a very tough and emotional 6 days."
Only 6 days?
What about the friends and family, and some news reporters that had to endure 9 months, or even a lifetime of "very tough and emotional" interactions with Cammack? Ahahahahaha.
You bust our chops, we bust yours.
We’d like to formally introduce Ms. Augusta Dair aka Baby Peanut! Baby Auggie (as mom calls her or Gussasaurus as Dad calls her) made her debut on August 14th after a very long & tough labor. Baby is doing great and already showing us her sweet and sassy personality while Mom is speedily recovering. Mom and baby have turned into cuddling machines while Dad has become a baby burping / diaper changing expert. He’s now Superman and doing phenomenal taking care of his girls.
We would like to thank the most incredible team of doctors and nurses that saw us through a very tough and emotional 6 days. Never could we have asked for a better team to take care of our family. Our hearts are so full and we feel so blessed beyond measure. Sending everyone lots of love and gratitude for all their well wishes, thoughts & prayers. We truly love you guys and we can’t wait to see you all very soon!
Congratulation are in order.
A little word of advice to Baby Auggie: Whenever mom seems unbearable annoying, and you feel like you can't get her to stop talking, just act like you are sleeping and ignore her. This is what we all do.
