As the 2025 summer recess begins for members of the U.S. Congress, most lawmakers will jump on an airplane to go back home or engage in official congressional trips (CODELS). AllĀ  except for one very, very pregnant Rep. Kat Cammack, who will be taking the train home.

Yes, because Rep. Cammack is about to give birth to her first child, she is not allowed to fly. Baby isn't due for a couple more weeks, but those of us who have had kiddos of our own know that the little one can pop out at any moment.

So, what the the fiery Floridian do?

Instead of making the grueling drive home, Cammack booked a train ride for her and her husband from Union Station to Florida.

To say that the soon-to-be family of three is not prepared for any surprises along the 12 hour "Crazy Train (RIP Ozzy Osbourne) to Florida, would be a false statement.Ā  Cammack's husband is a paramedic and is ready to delivery his baby if he has too.

This little ole' publisher would love to be the fly on the wall of that train ride down from Washington.

Before Cammack and her husband board the train home, we at The Floridian would like to be the first to congratulate them on their new family addition, just in case.
