Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) held nothing back in fierce criticism of Democrats' opposition to deportations in a recent appearance on Fox Business's The Bottom Line, asking where the tears were for American victims of illegal aliens.

"The majority of America, the mass majority of America, in fact, gave President Trump an edict to get all of these illegal immigrants out of our country," Rep. Steube began, adding, "Where were all these tears for the illegal immigrants murdering American citizens? All of the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have died from fentanyl? The known terrorists that have entered our country, the rapists, the murderers, where are the tears for this?"

Host Dagen McDowell and Rep. Steube referred to the recent Senate floor speech by Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA), where he shed tears after his recent forceful removal from a press conference held by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem.

"This is all theater for them [Democrats] for them to try to get press for this," the Florida Congressman continued. "If you are a United States Senator, if you want to talk to a Secretary, pick up the phone and call her instead of barging into a press conference where you were not invited. They do not know you are going to be there and forcing yourself toward the podium. Obviously, law enforcement is deemed to protect the secretary and does not know who this guy is, and he is yelling and screaming, so they did absolutely what they were supposed to do."

McDowell further expressed contempt for the spectacle, outraged at Sen. Padilla and Democrats for having "the audacity to turn themselves into victims."

Steube agreed, saying, "It is just sad that they are playing politics with our national security and the safety and security of the American people."

"Under Joe Biden's administration, they let in 12 million illegals," he concluded, "Hundreds of thousands of people died from fentanyl overdoses, and finally, under President Trump's leadership, that is not happening anymore. The American people support what is currently happening in our country."
