FL Attorney General James Uthmeier: "Congratulations @IleanaGarciaUSA, @KevinSteeleFL, and the Florida Legislature on getting SB 56 across the finish line and banning weather modification in Florida! My office is prepared to enforce this new law once it goes into effect on July 1st."

Gov. Ron DeSantis: "State and local support for immigration enforcement efforts is essential for getting the job done. In FL we have imposed a duty on law enforcement to assist these efforts. Republicans at the state level need to follow Florida’s lead!"

Rep. Darren Soto: "The @FCC is jumping into full fascist mode now: Attacking @CBSNews for covering Trump Admin’s blatant corruption. They’re supposed to be the public’s watch dog, not Trump’s attack dog."

FL Sen. Carlos Guillermo Smith: "This is the killshot to direct democracy. Why don’t we listen to the clear majority who supported Amendments 3 & 4? Instead, the Legislature passed HB 1205 to silence millions and effectively end our ability to put citizen-led constitutional amendments on the ballot. Sad day."
