Former President Donald Trump hosted a historic, jam-packed campaign rally in New York City’s Madison Square Garden (MSG).
President Trump’s rally featured speeches by close political supporters and celebrities like Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and several others.
Sunday night’s rally was a defiant show of force by the Trump campaign, as over 20,000 people packed themselves into MSG.
Trump’s opening lines urged voters to ask themselves “whether they are better off today than they were four years ago.”
“We stand on the verge of the four greatest years in the history of the USA,” continued Trump.”We will never give in, we will never give up, we will never ever back down, and we will never surrender.”
Trump’s MSG rally follows recent reports alleging Trump has caught up and overtaken Harris’ alleged previous polling lead.
National polls depict a tight race, with Harris and Trump essentially tied.
Amongst swing states, the presidential race is nearly dead-even.
However, Democrats have been warily observing state-specific polls which, if accurate, would hand Trump an electoral college victory.
Vice President Kamala Harris has been attempting to erode Trump’s rise in the polls by attacking the former president.
Vice President Harris criticized Trump’s record on abortion and immigration while her campaign has alleged he is “unhinged and unstable.”
Yet momentum seems to be shifting in Trump’s direction as polls and odd- makers continue predicting a Trump victory come election day.
According to the latest data, Trump is favored to regain the presidency by a margin of nearly 60% to 30% over Harris.
As we approach the final days of the presidential campaign, Trump and Harris are expected to expand campaign efforts in cities and areas with undecided voters whose support could unlock the doors to the White House.
