Congressional lawmakers from Florida, including Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL), continue to question President Joe Biden's cognitive state after the 80th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France, where the President had an awkward onstage squatting position moment.
When asked by The Floridian what he thought of Democrats accusing Republicans of going after President Biden for his age, Rep. Gaetz provided an interesting take on what occurred.
“We weren’t the ones who shit our pants on D-Day,” said Rep. Gaetz. “Everybody who’s ever had a toddler knows what that weird bend-over and hunker-down move was. Shortly thereafter the First Lady had to shovel him off the stage. It’s humiliating for our country and I look forward to restoring honor with President Trump.”

Representative Byron Donalds also questioned the President's cognitive state.
“He is the president of our nation, he is supposed to be the leader of the free world. Nobody really sees much of him until he’s prepped to be in public apparently. It’s not a good look for our country.”
When asked about the possibility of President Biden defecating his pants, Rep. Donalds said “That’s none of my business.”
Furthermore, Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) stated that he’s heard that even House Democrats are beginning to question President Biden’s leadership.
“I think even some Democrats start trying to say that they’re questioning some of Biden’s decisions and whether or not they’re going to back him,” said Rep. Mills. “I think that they’re trying to potentially look at a last-minute Hail Mary to try and do a switch but it’s far too late. They’re looking at the polls, they’re looking at the direction of the upcoming elections. They’re seeing what’s going on … I think that the Democrats are really concerned. They’re watching President Trump who’s continuing to surge in the polls and every time they indict, was more times that we unite,” said Rep. Mills.
However, Representative Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) said that Republicans cannot “have it both ways” when addressing President Biden’s increasing age.
“They can’t have it both ways,” said Rep. Moskowitz. They can’t talk about President Biden having a cognitive decline but then having the supernatural ability to coordinate all law enforcement around the country to go after President Trump. The two things cannot be true. They gotta pick one.”
