Waltz Accuses Biden Administration of Making 'Political Pig' Out of Israel-Hamas War

As Israel continues its war against Hamas by advancing into Rafah, Gaza, Vice President Kamala Harris recently spoke with ABC News against the measure, saying there would be "consequences" if the Jewish State continued. Representative Mike Waltz (R-FL) accused the Biden Administration of making the war with Hamas 'a political pig' in a recent personal appearance on Fox News's Faulkner Focus, their actions designed purely to retain Muslim voters in Michigan and Minnesota.

VP Harris' comments with ABC against Israel's planned invasion of Rafah stemmed from the fact that refugees would supposedly have "nowhere to go," having "studied the maps."

Rep. Waltz in his discussion with host Harris Faulkner pointed out that Egypt and the Gulf States could be made to set up refugee camps, "but right now Hamas knows two things: One, it can hide its 30,000, multiple battalions' worth of fighters amongst this population, and they know that time is on their side because this administration is getting weak-kneed."

Thus, he said "if [Hamas'] goal was to turn world opinion against Israel, this administration is just playing right into Hamas' hands. Where is the pressure on Hamas? Where is the pressure on other countries and where is the support for Israel to eliminate Hamas?"

After all, as Rep. Waltz echoed Representative Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Hamas is more than willing to allow civilians to die in their war with Israel if it turns the world's opinion against the Jewish State.

Faulkner suggested the American people should be angry at the Biden Administration's behavior against Israel, which Waltz said was "pure politics," since it is an election year.

"The Biden Administration is in full panic mode when you have 100,00 Michigan voters in the dead of winter that after work make a point to go to the polls to vote uncommitted? That has them in full panic mode and everything they are doing right now is about politics, not supporting our allies," Waltz continued, referencing the February primary in Michigan.

Similarly, the United States abstained from voting on a ceasefire resolution passed by the United Nations since the resolution did not condemn Hamas, although Admiral John Kirby said the decision did not reflect "a shift in U.S. policy."

As such, Waltz accused the Biden Administration of trying to put lipstick on a "political pig" because "their base is walking away from them. But to craft geopolitical strategy against our ally [Israel] against Hamas, which is the ISIS of Gaza, and are horrific and have stated they will do it again, they are not interested in a two-state solution, and if allowed to survive, they will do October 7th all over again is shameful."
