Congressman Jared Moskowitz-I proposed a bill back in June to replenish FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund with $11.5 billion and ensure resources make it to those impacted by disaster.

Congress hasn’t moved on it, and since then we’ve already had disasters in Maui and now Florida. We must be more proactive.
