Following reports suggesting the Department of Justice (DOJ) had no intention to charge Hunter Biden until IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler's testimony, Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL) spared no expense towards the Biden Administration in a recent appearance on Fox Business's Mornings with Maria, saying that "Americans are quickly losing faith in this government because of the two-tiered justice system."
According to the New York Post, David Weiss, the US Attorney investigating Hunter Biden's foreign business deals, tax crimes, and gun charges, found evidence of wrongdoing but declined to indict, saying the average American would not face prosecution on similar charges.

Additionally, he was willing to conclude his investigation without a plea deal until Shapley and Ziegler's testimony of their investigation's stonewalling convinced Weiss otherwise.
"This is just nuts," said Rep. Cammack, "We are watching a two-tiered justice system play out in real-time. If your last name is Biden, the law does not apply to you."
Rep. Cammack praised Federal judge Maryellen Norieka for throwing out the "sweetheart" plea deal that would have granted Hunter Biden no jail time and rips the Biden Administration's supposed hypocrisy on taking tough stances on gun crime and ensuring the wealthy "pay their fair share" in taxes meanwhile Hunter gets off easy for those same exact things.
"So I think it is a bit hypocritical; actually, very hypocritical of the Biden White House to say that they are tough on crime and tough on guns, but it is okay that Hunter Biden lies on a background check. I think it is ridiculous that they want everyone to pay their quote-unquote "fair share." But then Hunter Biden doesn't pay his million-plus dollar tax bill six years in a row," said Cammack.
Moreover, Cammack pointed out that Weiss, now acting as Special Counsel on Hunter Biden, had previously worked with the deceased First Son Beau Biden in the 2000s, making it unlikely Weiss will actively prosecute.
"Where does the collusion stop? Where does this end? Because I can tell you the American people are quickly losing faith in this government because of the two-tier justice system, because of the collusion, because of the collaboration of these entities to protect the Biden family at all costs. Something has got to give and it has got to give soon," Cammack concluded.
