Investigations into President Biden's alleged involvement in his son Hunter's business dealings appear to be coming to a head. Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) appeared on Fox News to summarize the situation, saying, "We can't allow a corrupt President to stay in office."

"The FBI has so much evidence against Joe Biden and his family members for accepting money from foreign nationals for official activity. We can’t allow a corrupt president to stay in office," Rep. Steube tweeted.

Rep. Steube added that additional evidence came from Representative James Comer's (R-KY) investigations, such as testimony from Hunter's former business partner Tony Bobulinski.

"We have tons of evidence now, not just through Comer's investigation but you had Bobulinski testifying. He went on Tucker's show and said he was present in these meetings where Joe was the big guy," said Rep. Steube.

Earlier in June, House Republicans publicized an FBI document suggesting as Vice President, Biden took $5 million from Burisma through "multiple" bank accounts, paid both to allow Burisma access to the American energy market and throw off an investigation of the company by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

Steube also revealed he had signed onto impeachment proceedings against President Biden.

"I've already signed onto an impeachment proceeding, an impeachment resolution. And I think we need to move forward with that once Comer's done with his investigation and has all this information to show the American people that at least the House and Republicans are not going to let a corrupt President stay in office," Steube concluded.

Representative Andrew Ogles (R-TN) filed impeachment proceedings for the Burisma allegations earlier in June, telling Fox News Digital the Department of Justice (DOJ) could not be trusted to hold the Biden Administration accountable.

"The American people know they can’t depend on the so-called ‘Department of Justice’ to investigate the Biden family’s corruption, and so it’s up to the U.S. Congress to hold him accountable once and for all," said Rep. Ogles.
