Marco Rubio Endorses Jimmy Patronis' Reelection Bid

Share

US Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has endorsed CFO Jimmy Patronis (R-FL) for his reelection campaign.

"Jimmy Patronis is a dedicated public servant who is committed to putting more money back in the pockets of Floridians," said Senator Rubio, "He took on the challenges our state faced during the pandemic, working to reopen Florida safely to keep our economy moving. Jimmy is a strong advocate for Florida's first responders and is dedicated to keeping our communities safe. I’m proud to call Jimmy a friend and endorse his re-election as Florida's CFO!"

CFO Patronis graciously responded to the endorsement, "I am thankful that Florida has the leadership of Senator Marco Rubio in Washington. Now more than ever, we need leadership dedicated to freedom, reform, and integrity. Sen. Rubio has advocated for America’s veterans and has made great efforts in restoring Florida’s Everglades. I am proud to have his endorsement and look forward to seeing more of the great work he will continue doing in Washington."

Patronis has delivered a pitch for his reelection bid that many Floridians could get on with.  Patronis has commonly remarked that he wants to, "Fight," Washington and ensure, "that we aren’t brought down by Washington."  The message echoes many other Florida Republicans who have embraced an all-out DeSantis agenda.

One trademark of Patronis' reelection campaign is reminding Floridians of how the state handled the COVID-19 Pandemic and his opposition to lockdowns.  Patronis earlier this year even branded his Democrat challenger, "Lockdown Adam."  Additionally, Patronis's campaign videos consist of the goals he has already attained within his first term.

Senator Rubio is not the only endorsement Patronis has flexed recently.  The CFO has also been endorsed by national organizations, such as the FFA and state-level groups like the Florida Chamber.
