As Critical Race Theory remains up for debate across the country, education may not be the only industry impacted by what the GOP calls a "Marxist" ideology.  Early into the Biden Administration, we saw the fast implementation of diversity training programs and now has appointed a pro-CRT U.N. envoy to investigate US human rights practices which Republicans like Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) have blasted as "distractions."

"In a bid to combat what Blinken describes as U.S. failures at home, the secretary extended unrequested invitations last Tuesday to two U.N. experts, one on racism and the other on minority issues, to make an official U.S. visit and scrutinize America’s human rights record." - Breit Bart reported today.

In response Rep. Greg Steube, who previously has stood up for the now-famous Lt. Col Matthew Lohmeier, who blew the whistle on CRT being taught in the military, has now called out Secretary of State Blinken (D) for his most recent move on Twitter.  The representative Tweeted that "Liberals are using CRT to divide our nation while ignoring the egregious human rights violations abroad.":

Steube has since indicated that he will condemn Secretary Blinken's decision on the envoy and continues to oppose CRT at all levels.

As previously reported by the Floridian, Rep. Steube earlier this year drafted a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III over the allegations of "Marxist" ideas being taught in the military, making this the second time Steube has stood up to the Biden Administration over the issue.
