Gov. Ron DeSantis has gone all-in on a legislative measure filed by Florida House Rep. Blaise Ingoglia (R) to penalize Big Tech companies, like Twitter and Facebook, if they “de-platform” a candidate for “statewide” office, but the bill doesn’t appear to protect potential federal candidates like President Donald Trump, Senator Marco Rubio, and Reps. Matt Gaetz  Byron Donalds.

“We need to make sure we take into account all things that are a potential variable to make our election process the best process it can be.”

Joshua Karp, a spokesperson for the Gillum campaign, commented that “The type of language this young man used on social media before his employment with our campaign is unacceptable and he will no longer be working with the campaign.”

“It’s going to be very hard for them to keep that energy up,” Republican Party of Florida Chairman Blaise Ingoglia said during a party quarterly meeting at a DoubleTree hotel.
