Delray Beach—The Islamic moral code that the majority of Muslims follow—Sharia Law— continues its mission creep into the U.S., and Republican lawmakers and candidates for elected office continue to sound the alarm about the threat that this extremist ideology poses to Americans.

During a recent Republican congressional primary forum between candidates running in Florida's 22nd District, all of the candidates in attendance warned about the existing threat Sharia Law posed against American interests, calling the religious code "extremely dangerous"  that has co-opted the Progressive Democratic Party.

Belinda Keiser, vice chancellor at Keiser University, stated that the U.S. was "founded on Judeo-Christian principles" and it was "a beacon of Democracy."

"Sharia law is the threat to us," said Keiser. "I am against Sharia."

"It is here. Islamist Co-op themselves with the modern-day left," stated David Burck, a former police officer and U.S. Marine veteran. "There's only one law that's recognized in this country, it's English common law."

Real Estate agent Michael Thompson, a conservative out of Lee County, said that he would "absolutely" be joining the "Sharia Free Caucus" in the U.S. House of Representatives if elected to Congress later this year.

Another U.S. Marine veteran and businessman, Casey Askar, spoke about how he and his family fled Iraq to escape religious persecution at the hands of Islamists who adhered to Sharia Law.

"I think Sharia law is extremely dangerous, having lived in Michigan with the largest Islamic community, I can tell you that Islam and Christianity just do not mesh," said Askar. "We are a Christian nation. This is a very dangerous ideology."

While President Donald Trump and most Republicans cast Sharia in a bad light, and rightfully so, some defend the ideology.

One of the most common ways Islamists defend and protect the practice of Sharia in the U.S. is to weaponize the Constitution against detractors. To them, it's all about the First Amendment.

Here are just a couple of examples of how Islamists defend the practice of Sharia in the U.S.
