One prominent Florida lawmaker is changing the channel on the Super Bowl halftime show this weekend. Rep. Meg Weinberger (R-Palm Beach Gardens) says she will not be watching the performance of Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican rapper scheduled to hit the stage at the halftime break of the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks for Super Bowl LX (60) at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Rep. Weinberger, also known as "MAGA Meg," suggested instead tuning into Turning Point USA's alternative Super Bowl Halftime show, which is set to feature Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, and Lee Brice.

"The woke NFL chose anti-American Bad Bunny for the #SuperBowl halftime show," Weinberger wrote on social media. "I won’t be watching. Turn it off, hit the ratings, and catch @TPUSA’s All American Halftime Show instead."

Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, has stirred up controversy among many Republicans for his criticism of Immigration Customs and Law Enforcement (ICE), including after two high-profile killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis last month.

"Before I say thanks to god, I'm going to say, ICE out. We're not savages, we're not animals, we are humans, and we are Americans," Ocasio said while speaking at the Grammys.

Other celebrities at the award show expressed their disdain for the agency with "ICE Out" pins, including Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber.

One of Bad Bunny's more recognizable songs is Tití Me Preguntó, which has over 1 billion views on YouTube. The Super Bowl halftime show generally draws over 100 million viewers, including last year's performance by Kendrick Lamar, which reportedly drew a record 133.5 million.

Will Turning Point USA's event be able to compete with the pop megastar? Or will Bad Bunny reign supreme on one of sport's biggest nights?

All I know is I'm watching the football game. Go SeaHawks, sorry Patriots fans.
