Jason Holloway has taken a page out of the Charlie Crist playbook and has changed his Democratic voter registration to Republican, and now he is running for State House District 58.

Holloway, who has been endorsed by Republican Party of Florida Chairman Joe Gruters, State Sen. Jeff Brandes (R), and State Rep. Nick DiCeglie (R), had a grand epiphany and changed his voter registration on February 7, 2019.

His campaign biography page states that Holloway was an Alternate Delegate to the 2020 Republican National Convention.

According to the Pinellas County Supervisor of Election, before he flipped to being a Republican, Holloway was a lifelong Democrat having first registered to vote on April 8, 2010.

Holloway was not just any ordinary voting Democrat. He was a ‘Super Democrat’ and was even a committeeman for the local Democratic Party alongside staunch Progressive Democrat and his former business partner, Barry Edwards.

This means that Holloway had to have sworn the Democratic Party LOYALTY OATH of not opposing the election of any Democratic nominee.

Holloway was even a “Delegate” at a Florida Democratic Party event in 2013. Here is an image Holloway posted of him at the event with none other than Charlie himself.

Holloway voted in both the 2016 Democratic Presidential primary and General Elections.

Did he vote for Republican President Donald Trump in the general, or did he vote for Hillary Clinton?

Who did he vote for in the Democratic presidential primary?

Hillary Clinton?

Fast forward to 2018, Holloway was still a voting Democrat and also voting in the Democratic primary and the general election.

Did Holloway vote for now-Gov. Ron DeSantis or Andrew Gillum?

Considering that the now-defunct Real Solutions for Florida Politics, Inc. consulting business he and the aforementioned Edwards partnered ran, which worked for Gillum, is it safe to say that Holloway voted for Gillum over DeSantis in 2018?

According to the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Florida Secretary of State, Holloway was listed as VP of Real Solutions for Florida Politics, Inc. This corporation received $20,000 from the Andrew Gillum campaign in November 2018.

The other registered Republicans in this race are Jim Vricos and Kim Berfield.

What is that old Proverb?

"Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."
